Wells Beach is just a 6 minute drive away! This home is equipped with an assortment of board games and a smart tv in every room for those family game and movie nights! Walk to the Fisherman's Catch Restaurant for fresh lobster rolls or to Hobbs Harborside Restaurant, a local favorite! We hope to host you!
The first floor features an open living room, kitchen, and dining room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the garage which has a ping pong table! Step out the back door and enjoy the deck with pergola. There is patio furniture, picnic table, gas fireplace, and a gas grill!

The second floor has an additional bedroom and full bathroom. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs separating the bedroom.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
