Lauren McCabe
Owner/Property Manager
Lauren is an active rental property owner and real estate investor together with her husband Nathan. She was born and raised in Southern Maine where she has an extensive 10 years in customer service among the Southern Maine vacationers. Lauren holds a degree in social work and has been active in her community, schools, and local non-profits since 2013. Her expertise in communication, problem solving, and access to resources are what make her a leader here at Coastline. She is proficient in fulfilling the needs of both owner and renter by making the relationships priority.
Nathan McCabe
Owner/Property Manager
Nathan has an extensive background in the real estate industry as he holds an active brokers license in Maine. He is a top performing realtor in the community as well as a native to Southern Maine making him exceptionally familiar with the rental and sales market. Alongside his wife, they are active real estate investors and landlords in the area. Being a fellow rental property owner himself, he deeply understands the compexity of owning a rental property. He believes that communication is an essential component to property management. It's your property, so you should be informed every step of the way! Our actions are firm on the belief that we treat your property like it's ours.
Robert Herzig
Owner/Property Manager
Robert has been in the alarm business in Southern Maine since 1987, and has previously owned WirePro Inc. from 1996 until November of 2019. The years spent at his previous business has provided him with the skills to handle 24 hour emergencies, on-call services, and unanticipated customer service assistance. He is exceedingly experienced with understanding and working cooperatively with all of the different trades and tradespeople. Robert has lived in southern Maine for the greater part of 35 years and has excellent knowledge of the local areas and communities. His experience with working in high-end homes over the past 33 years has thoroughly informed him of the vast responsibilities that come with managing and upholding a home. Robert is well-versed in managing a relationship with both owner and renter, and will make their comforts a priority.
Allison Shaw
Property Manager
Allison was born and raised in Central Massachusetts, she has always loved spending her vacations on the coast of Maine. Her fondest memories growing up are spending time at all the beautiful beaches Maine has to offer with her family. Prior to working at Coastline, Allison was a Special Education teacher with years of experience in problem solving, interpersonal skills, and organization. Her attention to detail will help you and your guests find the perfect home for your upcoming vacations!
Paige Lane
Guest Reservationist/Property Manager
After graduating with her MBA, Paige has followed her passion for real estate by joining the team at Coastline as our Guest Reservationist and Property Manager. She is on the front lines answering any questions you have to plan your perfect vacation on the coast. Having lived in Maine her whole life, she has a passion for the state and making sure all those who visit get to truly experience all of Maine’s beauty!
