Walk to Kennebunk beach in just 2 minutes! IMPORTANT: This property requires a 2 week minimum stay. This 4 bedroom condo sleeps up to 9 people comfortably with 3 floors of living space. The first floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and a screened in porch. Second floor is the master bedroom with queen sized bed and an attached full bathroom. Also locatd on the second floor is a guest bedroom with a half bath and 2 single beds. The third floor features a bedroom with 2 trundle beds, a bedroom with a twin bed, and a full bath- the perfect sanctuary for kids! Come stay for a couple of weeks in this quiet beachside neighborhood. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Located next to the Webhannet Golf Course and 2 minute walk to KBIA!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
