This 4 bedroom 3 bath house is located just a short walk to downtown Ogunquit! It even offers a trail that brings you directly downtown as a fun alternative! It sits within a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is less than a mile to the beach! Just walk, bike or drive as there is parking available. This property has enough parking for 3 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This house is perfect for a large family or even multiple families who are looking to get away together. The house has a kitchen and a living room offered on both the main living floor as well as the basement. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main living floor with 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the 4th bedroom in the basement. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Linens and towels are also provided. Enjoy the backyard while grilling with the provided gas grill. Ogunquit is full of family fun activities as well as a lively night life along with some of the best food in the area! Park a maximum of 3 cars. Indoor fireplace not in working order. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
