Only 1 mile to Dock Square and 2 miles to Gooch's Beach! This property offers a spacious back yard and back deck. This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150/dog. The indoor fireplace is not in working order and can not be used. Inquire with any questions!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
