Now offering one of the iconic fish shacks for rent! Built on piers and fully surrounded by water, this cottage will make you feel like you are on a boat. The massive deck offers ample sitting area, BBQ grill, and dining. Swim off the dock right into the mouth of the river. During low/mid tide you can walk to Vaughn Island and enjoy shallow waters on the sand bars. Pet friendly! Inside you will find a rustic setting with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom and a loft area. There is not a door separating the bedding, upstairs is one open room. ***Linens/towels NOT included***

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
