Walk a quarter mile to highly sought after Moody Beach! This freshly renovated home features air condition, large deck and yard, BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, spikeball, corn hole, and much more! The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, full bathroom, sunroom, and two bedrooms. Go up the spiral staircase to access another bedroom with a half bathroom and a loft with more sleeping space. This property can comfortably sleep 8 people. Maximum of 3 cars for parking. Pet fee is $150/dog. 2 dog maximum and must have prior approval.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
