The first floor offers a full bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and a dining room & living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The master bedroom has ample windows highlighting the stunning views. The 3rd floor has a steep staircase to the extra bedroom and office area. Step out back on the oversized farmers porch and pristine lawn! There is a staircase down to the sandy Wells Beach!
