Welcome to Kennebunkport! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house is located on a quiet street in charming Cape Porpoise! This Cape Porpoise light-filled home is perfectly located. Within a few minutes, you can easily drive to Nunan's Lobster, Cape Porpoise Kitchen (ready-made food and groceries), The Lost Fire, Musette, Earth at Hidden Pond, Bradbury Brothers (grocery), and The Ramp. Relax on the back deck or below on the patio by the fireplace. Just 4 mins to Cape Porpoise center & restaurants! A quick 8 minute drive to Dock Square where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants while viewing the harbor. Goose Rocks Beach (our favorite) is also a quick 6 minute drive away and both Fortunes Rocks Beach and Gooch's Beach are 10 minutes.

This house can sleep up to 10 people and up to 2 pets comfortably. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The 1st floor features a large living room, an open concept family room with kitchen and dining, and a separate playroom/office stocked with toys for the kids and a desk for working, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
