This stunning new home is located in the heart of Cape Porpoise! 4 Free half day kayak rentals delivered to the launch area of your choice & 4 FREE bike rentals included courtesy of Kayak Excursions during the summer season (Memorial day-Labor day) this is for 7 night stays only. Take a 3 minute stroll to Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Bradburys, Musette, and other popular restaurants & shops. Walk down the picturesque Pier Rd and Langsford Rd to capture the views and lobster boats in Cape Porpoise harbor. This house sleeps 14 people maximum including use of the 3 sleeper futons. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Both floors have their own primary en-suite! The first floor features a stunning chefs kitchen with enough space to cook for everyone, living room, dining area, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a couch, table & chairs, games, and 2 twin trundle beds (4 twin beds). The garage has a ping pong table for those rainy days! The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen/living room area. Step outback and relax in the private fenced in yard. Patio furniture, outdoor dining table for 8 people, and BBQ grill included. This property is well equipped with beach chairs, linens, cooking supplies, and much more. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. This property has a 30 lbs pet weight limit and maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval only. Pet fee is $125/dog.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
