This house is located in a highly sought after neighborhood offering an easy walk to Dock Square and the Beach!

Inside you will find a great layout that offers privacy for everyone! The main area has a kitchen, living room, and dining room with easy access to the patio. The guest wing has a wet bar, bedroom, bathroom, and a loft with additional sleeping space. **Disclosure, the loft has a ladder that should not be used by young kids. Parents/adults should monitor the use of the ladder.**
On the other side of the house you will find a first floor bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Walk upstairs to find the primary suite featuring a balcony overlooking the yard, full bathroom with soaking tub and tile shower, and a walk in closet.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
