This house can sleep up to 12 people comfortably with 4 floors of living space. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! 1st floor features both a living room, a family room, half bathroom, and an elegant dining space with a chefs kitchen to prepare all meals. Relax on the balcony under the pergola with a dining set, patio furniture and gas fireplace. Outback has a BBQ gas grill, patio furniture and a wood burning fireplace.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
