Welcome to Summer's Landing! Located on the historic summer street, this pet friendly home is a short walk to the wedding cake house and the famous landing store Lobster Rolls! Drive about 5 minutes to Dock Square and the beaches. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. The updated amenities and well designed house will make you feel at home. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a bedroom. Walk upstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms and a reading nook. The back yard has a dining set, hammocks, BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace. The backyard has peaceful and serene meadow views.

Pet policy: 2 pets allowed, under 75lbs. Pet fee is $150/dog.
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
