Welcome to Wells! This coastal condo is conveniently located right off of Route 1 just 1 mile from Wells Beach. This property has parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building with stair access only- see photo of building. It features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer,  kitchen with dinning table and a living room. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Please note that the loft will be closed off for guest use. Enjoy your stay close to the beach while being surrounded by all the restaurants and ice cream shops that Route 1 has to offer!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
